It looks like Joe will be at this year's New York Comic Con for one day on Sunday, October 20! He should be at the National Cartoonists Society's booth (#3810) on Sunday morning and afternoon. While he won't have his usual kit of items, he will be doing some drawings and signing, as well as giving away some Dick Tracy comics.
