The Calling Dick Tracy e-book collection of Mike Curtis’s and my run on the Dick Tracy strip is available for purchase now. It contains our first four Tracy continuities from 2011 and will be a good way to catch up.

He’s On The Way!
The first eBook collection of Mike Curtis’s and my run on the Dick Tracy strip will be available in a week or two from Amazon, iTunes, and Barnes and Noble. It contains our first four continuities from 2011 and will be a good way to catch up.

JD Shapes Up!
Yesterday, our designer Tory Ettlinger sent off the pdfs to the printer for JD SHAPES UP, the most recent medical/health book that Hilarie and I have packaged for Boston Children’s Hospital under the guidance of Dr Athos Bousvaros. This one took three years, off and on. Involved in the process were Nancy Silberkleit, Janice Chiang, Matt Webb (world’s leading colorist of food and intestines), Maria Goudiss, and lots of doctors and health professionals from the hospital. Congratulations to us all.

Rustle’s Christmas Adventure
Steve Englehart has posted the Adventures of Rustle, the original Christmas Tree, at www.steveenglehart.com. I did the chapter headings. It’s one chapter per day for the month of December and you can learn a lot of Christmas history if you read it. It’s fun. It’s free.

Akron Bound
My man Guy Gardner sails into Akron, looking for Barberton chicken and hot sauce. I’ll be at the Akron Comicon, University of Akron, November 10th. The show is in the Student Union 10am-6pm. At 2pm I’ll be on a panel with classic Batman artist Norm Breyfogle and one of my best old pals, writer Mike Barr. If you’re out that way, drop by.
